CJPP sponsored the visit of Ali Abunimah to Australia, coordinating his Australian tour in conjunction with solidarity groups in Canberra (AJPP), Melbourne (AFP) and Adelaide (AFOPA). In Sydney, Abunimah spoke at the University of Sydney, University of Technology Sydney, University of Western Sydney, Macquarie University and Gleebooks. He also delivered the annual Nakba Commemoration address for the 60th year of the Palestinian Nakba (catastrophe) at NSW Parliament House on 15 May.
